Sleep is the foundation of physical and mental wellbeing. As parents, we know how a good night’s rest can make all the difference when it comes to tackling the challenges of life and being able to be present for all the important moments. Whether your child is struggling to sleep consistently through the night or refusing to sleep in their own bed (and everything in between!) we know how hard it is to live day to day with nightly sleep challenges. Our Approach To Sleep

A one-size-fits-all all approach to sleep issues does not always work. Our trained sleep coach, Erin Metheny, brings years of experience supporting families just like yours to her coaching work. Erin received her certification from the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. She provides each family with an extensive, customized plan that takes into account childhood development, attachment, the neuroscience of sleep, the sleep environment, and the unique family dynamics. Sometimes the situation leading to sleep disorders can be challenging to easily identify, which is where Erin comes in. As an experienced and certified coach in pediatric sleep disorders, she can help identify exactly where to start and build a roadmap for success. We help you gain a deeper understanding of sleep issues and provide useful tools and a solid plan to work towards more restful nights.
