Grace Stichter

Grace Stichter is a Resident in Counseling working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a Provisional Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P). She is an independent contractor at Sage House specializing in working with teens and kids. Grace earned an M.A. in Art Therapy and Mental Health Counseling from The George Washington University, and has spent several years working in schools, residential facilities and recovery homes, specializing in anxiety, depression, suicidal/self harming thoughts, trauma and life transitions.
Grace is passionate about cultivating a safe and inclusive space for kids and teens to express themselves, explore their story and foster healing. Her counseling approach is integrative in nature and utilizes mindfulness, art and trauma-informed approaches.
Grace is an In-Network provider with Anthem BCBS PPO plans and an Out of Network provider with some insurance plans.
