Meet the Team
At Sage House Therapy there is no one-size-fits-all in our approach. We know each person is unique, which is why our clinicians are specially trained to combine traditional talk therapy with Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sand tray Therapy. We believe in the mind-body connection and incorporate techniques such as mindfulness, somatic awareness and meditation when it aligns with a client’s individual needs. Our clinicians are also trained in the latest evidence-based therapy techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), which have allowed our clients to see significant and lasting change in their therapy work. Our clinicians also specialize in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, a powerful framework to help clients explore feelings and gain greater insight into their behavior and thought patterns.
