With over 10 years of experience in the field of social work, Ashlee Vann is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges and reach their personal goals. Ashlee earned her Bachelor's in Social Work from Bennett College followed by a Master's in Social Work from Norfolk State University. Currently pre-licensed for LCSW, her professional journey has spanned across schools, private and federal agencies, crisis units, and adoption and foster care systems. Ashlee brings a welcoming and professional approach to her practice, offering specialized expertise in working with children, families, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Her clinical background includes supporting those with Axis I and Axis II diagnoses, as well as individuals experiencing grief and loss, ADD/ADHD, and children facing behavioral issues. Ashlee is passionate about providing a supportive environment where every client feels empowered to achieve lasting growth.

Ashlee is an in-network provider with Anthem BCBS PPO plans and Kaiser Permanente. She is an Out of Network provider with most other insurance carriers. She currently offers therapy sessions in-person as well as online via telehealth.
