Vicky Arriola
M.Ed., LPC, NCC
Vicky is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) who earned her M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the College of William & Mary. As an Independent Contractor at Sage House Therapy, Vicky provides both in-person and telehealth sessions.
Her therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered, blending approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and psychoeducation.
Vicky works with children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-harm, life transitions, relational or academic stress, grief, and trauma. She also has experience supporting children and teens with neurodivergence, including ADHD, and helps families better understand and support their child’s unique strengths and needs. Vicky also offers a special focus on eating disorder recovery. Additionally, she has experience supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients. As a bilingual therapist, Vicky works with Spanish-speaking and Latine clients, providing culturally responsive care that honors clients' values and history.
Creating a safe, nonjudgmental space is at the heart of Vicky’s work. She values honesty and openness so that every person feels heard and empowered to take an active role in their healing journey both inside and outside of therapy. Her practice is rooted in inclusivity, with an emphasis on affirming clients across all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
Vicky is an in-network provider with Kaiser Permanente and an out-of-network provider with most other insurance companies.
