  • Engage in a fun, creative and healing exploration through art

  • Explore on burnout, compassion fatigue and recovering purpose

Meet Amanda Cunningham

Graduate Art Therapy Student

Amanda is currently completing her M.A. in Art Therapy at George Washington University. As a student intern, she works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, autism, ADHD, and trauma. She uses a collaborative, person-centered approach that integrates Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), visual expression, creative writing, and play. Amanda also has experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
