At Sage House Counseling & Art Therapy, we strive for holistic wellbeing above all else. We believe everyone has the ability to be held and healed with effective, evidence-based approaches. We start by listening to what is working and what is not.  We then create a customized treatment plan unique to your needs and goals. Our team of independent contractor clinicians draw on years of experience and creative approaches that really work.  We offer traditional talk therapy as well as art therapy, play therapy, and sand tray therapy. We also offer Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychdynamic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. Additionally, we offer therapy services with clinicians who specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ clients, BIPOC clients as well and clients wishing to explore and incorporate faith and spirituality in therapy.

We are In-Network providers with Anthem BCBS PPO plans and Kaiser Permanente. We are out of network providers with all other insurance carriers. We offer complimentary claim submission to all of our clients. Learn More about insurance and fees.
